Do you offer international shipping?
Not at this stage. We're currently focused on delivering to Australian customers only, ensuring fast and reliable service. However, international shipping is something we plan to offer in the future — stay tuned!
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email — either directly from our courier or supplier partner.
Are your grooming products suitable for dogs with sensitive or itchy skin?
Yes. All grooming products we carry from Essential Dog are made with sensitive pups in mind. They’re ultra-gentle, pH-balanced, and free from harsh chemicals — helping soothe irritation without stripping natural oils.
How often should I bathe my dog?
A healthy adult dog only needs a bath about once every two weeks. Over-washing can dry out their skin, even when using gentle shampoos.
Can hemp oil be added to food or just applied on skin?
Both! Our hemp oil supplement can be added to food for internal support or applied to skin for dry or irritated areas. It’s gentle, safe, and 100% natural.
Is the paw balm safe if licked?
Yes — it’s completely lick-safe. No need to worry if your dog gives their paws a taste.
Do I need to rinse the paw cleaner?
No rinsing required. However, if you're using it several times a day, a quick rinse in clean water now and then is fine.
How long will shipping take?

Are your toys and accessories tested for safety?
Absolutely. We only work with trusted suppliers whose products meet Australian safety and quality standards. Everything we stock is something we’d use with our own pets.
What if I change my mind after ordering?
We follow each supplier’s return policy closely. Most items can be returned within 14 days, as long as they’re unused and in original condition. Damaged or defective items can be replaced or refunded — just contact us and we’ll take care of it. For full details, visit our Returns Policy.
